| Extra Day - July 3rd was a pick up class not in the regularly scheduled session. Most of the gals were away on vacation but Eileen and Robin C. set their alarm clocks and headed out to Sheldon. The gates were locked...but that did not stop these determined women from the task at hand...a workout awaited them on the other side of the fence! I gave an overview of the circuit for the day and then we began warm ups. I had a chance today to join the women in some sweat and fun! After each circuit we ran down to the flag pole out at the far end of the field and back, in honor of our country's independence day tomorrow! What a great way to start the day! Have an awesome holiday! |
